Industrial Battery Chargers are designed for manual wheel chargers, chargers for mine and 3-phase industrial chargers, which are capable of providing a wide range of input voltage ranging from 85-145Vac/ 185-265Vac/ 85-265Vac to meet the needs of different applications. It also offers up to 20A of output current with multiple protection mechanisms such as over voltage/over current/short circuit/reverse polarity. The charging mode of industrial battery chargers could be CC/CV/Pulse, and the weight of it can be customized for different applications.
1. Charge Eight Batteries at Once: With eight 1A-20A charging banks, can charge up to eight batteries simultaneously
2. Microprocessor Controlled: The BTC1282 will automatically adjust the output from 1A to 20A per bank. It also supports manual current adjustment. Each press of the + or - key will increase or decrease the charging current by 1A accordingly.
3. The BTC1282 have eight screens , each of the eight banks is fully automatic and microprocessor controlled, can adjust each of the eight bank’s charge voltage and current by each indiviual operation screen.
4. Connects each slot through a communication bus, monitoring voltage and current. The charging status of each individual slot is displayed on separate screens.The display screen will primarily show the current charging current. You can also press the function key below the screen to view the current charging voltage.
5. You can adjust the current and voltage for each independent charging group,It is equivalent to having eight independent chargers combined into one unit.
6. Fully Automatic: Operation is fully automatic and employs an advanced multi-stage charging algorithm. Full-stop charging, constant current and voltage, no manual supervision required during the charging process.
7. Works with Most Battery Types: The BTC1282 is compatible with 12V standard, AGM, gel, Efb,deep-cycle, and lithium (LiFePO4) batteries. There are 13 selectable charging voltages available, capable of meeting the charging requirements of all types of batteries. (The factory settings can be configured according to customer requirements and can meet the charging needs of most batteries. In general, there is no need to change the settings.)
8. Powerful charging design: For severely discharged 12V batteries with voltage as low as 0 volts, the charger has a strong charging function that can automatically initiate charging and perform pulse repair. It performs well in terms of improving battery performance and lifespan.
9. The BTC1282 is equipped with overcharging, reverse polarity, thermal runaway, and short circuit protection features. Designed with powerful performance, heavy-duty construction, and unrivaled durability.
10. Each slot has an independent overload protector. When the current exceeds the set value, the protector will trip and stop the output. You can check and verify, then reset the protector before resuming the charging operation.
